Designed and launched the RESÈT affiliate program — a creator-economy platform for the Baltic market, with onboarding, tracking, and payouts.
RESÈT is a natural home-care brand with a passionate following across the Baltics. Their growth equation was simple: every happy customer was already a micro-ambassador. The missing piece was the infrastructure to reward them.
We designed and shipped the RESÈT affiliate program end to end — onboarding, unique creator codes, real-time tracking, payouts via Stripe Connect, and a creator dashboard that made sense on a phone first. The brand system carried the program from launch collateral through creator-facing email and into the product itself.
The platform launched Baltic-first and is designed to extend across EU markets without an architectural rewrite.
