MedDockTransforming medical documentation — custom-built for InMedica

MedDock was commissioned by InMedica — one of Lithuania's largest private healthcare networks — as an internal clinical tool. It is not publicly available and is not licensed to other clinics. Every design decision was made against InMedica's specific workflow: their E025 form flow, their patient journey, their DPO sign-off procedure, and their existing health-record stack.

The problem on day one wasn't a shortage of doctors. It was the 40% of their day lost to paperwork. The E025 electronic health form is the default output of every consultation, and filling it by hand has become the tax practitioners pay for every patient they see.

We built MedDock as an ambient transcription layer sitting inside InMedica's environment: the doctor talks to the patient normally, the tool listens, and the E025 writes itself. Under the hood, a fine-tuned speech-to-text model handles Lithuanian, Russian, Polish, and English dialogue; a second model structures the transcript into the form's fields; a third suggests ICD-10 diagnoses based on the conversation; and a fourth drafts a patient-facing summary in plain language.

GDPR was the non-negotiable constraint. Recordings are processed in-memory and destroyed within 30 seconds. No patient data ever leaves InMedica's tenancy. No patient data enters any training corpus. Every deployment shipped with Data Protection Officer sign-off and a full audit trail.

The result: 15–35% time saved per consultation, 98% summary accuracy against a doctor-reviewed baseline, and a documentation workflow that finally feels like it's working with the physician instead of against them — all within a single client's infrastructure.
