A private, in-house AI tool we designed and built for a Baltic client's HR and operations team. HrDock is not publicly available and is not sold as SaaS — it lives inside the client's environment as a commissioned internal system.
HrDock was commissioned by a Baltic client whose HR and operations team was drowning in meeting notes and interview write-ups. They didn't want another SaaS subscription; they wanted a tool they owned, hosted inside their infrastructure, tuned to their role library and their legal counsel's preferences. We built exactly that — HrDock is not a public product.
Record a meeting or interview in one click. HrDock transcribes it, structures the content, and produces a summary tuned to the specific role being hired — doctors, marketing, sales, and finance each get a different evaluation template configured for the client. Suggested questions come from the job description and CV uploaded to the system, and two or three targeted follow-ups are generated after every session.
The Labor Code chat was a client-requested feature that turned into the internal favorite. Instead of emailing their legal team for the fifteenth time to confirm a termination clause, HR leads ask HrDock directly — and get answers with citations into the Lithuanian Labor Code.
